Hello! I'm Nikki, a UX designer learning how to craft tech that works better for everyone

Hi, I’m Nikki, a UX Designer and Researcher studying at UT Austin. Currently, I work with Essent Guaranty’s Customer Experience & Innovation team, where I help our business and technical teams create digital interfaces that are harmonized and user-centric.

Before UX, I sharpened my analytical skills as a Jr. Underwriter, which now helps me spot the details that make or break user experiences. Outside of design, you’ll usually find me at the local swimming spot, planning my next trip, or relaxing in a coffee shop with a good book.
